The first and third Thursday of the month.
This class is based on the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais and requires no experience, just a willingness to learn. Slow, subtle, and thoughtful movement is one of the most effective ways to change our movement habits and, by extension, our pain. The sessions are done while sitting or standing, often with shoes off. Like Yoga, the class is verbally guided. Please bring your curiosity and an open mind!
Wear comfortable clothing and a bottle of water.
