Eutilla Hernandez demonstrates the Oaxaca Style Tamale Making. Which is made with finer ground cornmeal and is steamed in a banana leaf rather than a corn husk. This is a good opportunity to learn more about some Latinx heritage through food. Members $7.50 Non-members $10.50 and each person goes home with a tamale!
