Eileen has been instructing and practicing Yoga for many years. In her 80s, she knows what it takes for older bodies to stay limber and understands limitations. All movements can be modified. This is a good class for beginners and experienced alike.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a towel or mat, and a bottle of water.
