Resistance Training for seniors all the exercises are modifiable for your needs. You will never be asked to do something you’re not comfortable with. You can participate in sitting or standing and move at your own pace. All skill levels are welcome. Marie G. has been an instructor for this class for a long time and is pleasant to work with. THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT-LIFTING CLASS.
