Did you know that falls are a real concern?

• Every year 1 in 3 adults age 65 or older falls

• One out of 5 falls causes serious injury

• Once you experience a fall, your chance of another fall increases

Here’s the good news! Falls are preventable! In this workshop, you will learn:

• Your personal risks for falling and ways to address them

• Guided seated exercises that build strength and improve range of motion

• Specific ways to alter your living space to make your home safer

• A greater awareness and confidence about managing fall prevention
