Clover Springs Silver Threads Concert

Silver Threads is a group of seniors who have been playing music & singing each week for the past several years. Membership currently includes Anna McAtee, Mick Doyle, Geoff Chatfield, Rick Mann, Daniel Reid, & Jim Evans.

Initially an outgrowth of ukulele players who met regularly at the Clover Springs Lodge, Silver Threads now features guitars, mandolin, dobro, ukulele, accordion, bass, & banjo as its instrumental accompaniment.

Silver Threads members, all residents of Cloverdale, perform songs from a variety of genres known broadly as “Americana”. The group’s current repertoire includes selections from folk, bluegrass, gospel, country & old-time music.

Drinks and light appetizers will be available.
