This is a once a month class that is geared towards the benefits of meditative breathing. The benefits are plentiful, but to list a few; Natural painkiller, improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, and helps lower blood pressure. We will explore a variety of EASY breathing practices taught wile seated or reclined. Space is limited, and no class is held if fewer than 5 people are signed up by #Pm the day before.
